None of the designs or products shall be recreated or sold under any other name by another individual or organisation. The logo, name and other designs of Studio Blue Owl is copyrighted and cannot be used by any other individual or organisation. We are not responsible for any other party using our brand for their products and customers will not be compensated for any loss caused by such parties.
2. All products and designs are original works by the owner of Studio Blue Owl. Any designs/products produced by us for our customers will remain our intellectual property and will not be used in any other form without our prior consent.
3. All products are made with the best quality materials available. Studio Blue Owl will not be responsible for any damages and consequent repairs to products post purchase.
4. Products once purchased cannot be returned.
5. Studio Blue Owl takes immense care in shipping its products. Products damaged in transit will be replaced within 7 days of receipt of product by the customer. The customer is advised to take a video of the unboxing for this purpose and to avoid hassles.
6. All payments shall be made online, there is no Cash on Delivery option currently.
